Vrissiana Beach Hotel

Perfect location - it's right next to the beach. Reception/spa/cleaners staff very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, for a 4 star, the food was very hit and miss. Some food was cooked fresh, other food tasted dry, the desserts were still partially frozen. There didn't seem to be an effort made in refinement. Breakfast and lunch seemed better, but we were disappointed with the dinner food which is important to us. Also, apart from the head waiter who was great, some of the waiting staff didn't seem very well trained in fact one or two of them seemed like they were sleep walking and were making mistakes. The room was okay but the bathroom was a little aged with the shower leaking a lot underneath the shower screen making a mess on the floor until we realised we needed to strategically place a towel on the floor. There are also not enough loungers/parasols near the pool area. We ended up using next doors pool (which we were told we were allowed to do) causing some friction with the head lounger manager of that hotel.

Lovely hotel , right by the beach. Very clean throughout. Lots of choices in restaurant. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, go out of there way to help, including the management, feels like our friends. Thanks for making our holiday relaxing. Will be going back next year. They also hold weddings at the hotel, well organised.
